Poetic photography for a movie

It is with great pleasure that I can present my piece of work that captivates me to this day. I was invited to join a filming crew and create an artistic photo series for a film called "Keep smiling, Mom".

The main idea was to create a photo series that would represent Vera's poetic view on everything that happens around her during the storyline of the movie. Using a film camera, black&white film stock and a very specific creative effect lens called lensbaby, with this peculiar combination, I got to create my most fascinating film photography series to this date. To set the mood right before viewing, the cameraman decided to create the film in a atypical way, dismissing the usual 9:18 ratio that is well known in the film industry - he went by 4:3, so I had to carry out the same way.
