Brief: Create a 20-second sting for the Sky Arts channel that gives viewers a taste of what they have to offer. ‘Viewers should feel surprised and inspired by your interpretation.’
Concept: Inspired by the ‘eclectic range’ of programs that the channel offers, I wanted to showcase hints of its four main categories: dance, music, drama, and fine arts; whilst reflecting the channel’s playful and contemporary personality.
Solution: A motion graphics animation based around the concept of ‘An Explosion of Creativity’ - a phrase which I believe sums up the channel and its programs. I wanted to keep the message clear and simple, bringing to life icons associated with each category.
