alfredo - Digital Covers
As well as it's done for Rolling Stone Italia, alfredo dedicates cover stories and digital covers to some prominent figures from the Italian food scene, which we've decided to represent and iconify with a pop treatment in line with the identity of the magazine which by definition "eats pop culture".
Matias Perdomo
Our first cover positively glows with the undisputed and perhaps (un)conscious coolness of Matias Perdomo, represented as the foodie version of Wolverine with adamantium forks instead of the iconic claws.
Talent: Matias Perdomo

Renaissance
They come from different backgrounds and work in different areas of the same sector. They are all very different and yet united by a common goal: to leave a mark and carve out a space in a male-dominated world. Not because of their female gametes, not because ‘women's quotas are newsworthy’, but by virtue of their skill, foresight, tenacity and determination. The new Renaissance of food and beverage in Milan looks like Ilaria Puddu #thepizzaqueen, Aurora Zancanaro of @lepolveri, Chefs Sara Nicolosi and Cinzia De Lauri of @altatto_, and barlady Carola Abrate of @dirty_milano.

Diego Rossi
Diego Rossi has successfully converted Milan to the cult of hearts, spleens and entrails, and his Trippa-temple is packed every night. We therefore decided to represent him proudly standing on a pile of scraps, the same ones he was so good at enhancing, in this crazy reference to the aesthetics of Mad Max.

Giorgio Locatelli
A long and troubled love story, the one between Giorgio Locatelli and Italy: the rebel chef found success across the Channel leaving a conservative, fragile and proud country, with many issues but also a great desire to grow. We represented him by forcing the contrast between the punk aesthetics and clothing of the 70's bands that he loves so much, and the classicism and soft colors that characterize the interiors of the Marchesi pastry shop in Milan.
Talent: Giorgio Locatelli

Carlo Giusti
Carlo Giusti is a breeder with a vision: to give animals their freedom and their wild dimension. His kingdom is made up of a population of one hundred and twenty breeding Angus females, three hundred pigs, eighty white Garfagnine sheeps, a thousand black Chianti roosters and one hundred pairs of pigeons. Precisely the latter are the great love of this crazy farmer, an example of human who has no intention of facing the extinction.
