The house project stands out as it is designed for young families or individuals seeking minimal living space. The project includes apartments starting from 28 m2, where all standards are taken into account, and there is everything necessary for comfortable living. Additionally, the layout allows for the combination of multiple units to create a larger living area.

This work was a winner of a government competition and was accepted as a concept for the construction of a small house for Ukranian refugees from Donetsk and Donbas regions.​​​​​​​
