Putka is one of the biggest bakery chains in Poland, with over 200 locations. This family-owned business has been around for more than 100 years and is now run by the 4th generation of the Putka family. As Putka expands by opening new spots, launching coffee stores and developing grab-and-go products, the family felt it was time to refresh the brand identity to reflect their ambitions and support their growth plans.

STRATEGY AND SYSTEM

The new strategy is based on the company values that have always been a part of Putka's culture but were never named. This led to the creation of the concept of 6 ŚĆ, a combination of letters that represent the 6 key family values: hospitality, closeness, pleasure, freshness, tastiness, and joy. These guiding principles have become an integral part of the Putka experience, conveying to guests that they are cared for and considered part of the family.

The new brand identity centres around the guest and flavour, creating a welcoming, warm, and neighbourly atmosphere and that makes guests crave the amazing food that Putka offers.

The new identity is the recipe for the brand's continued success. With a focus on the guest experience and flavour, Putka can continue to expand and grow while staying true to its family values and history, as embodied in the concept of 6 ŚĆ.
