COLOUR PALETTE DEVELOPMENT
The Voortrekker Monument colour palette was developed using colour references from around the monument grounds

LOGO DEVELOPMENT
The Voortrekker Monument logo references the importance of sunlight's interaction with the building. 
At 12pm on the 16th of December every year a ray of sunlight shines through an opening in the monument's dome. 
The Voortrekkers see this as a symbol of God's blessing on their people.

TYPEFACE DEVELOPMENT
In an effort to preserve Voortrekker history, the handwriting of E.J. Janse van Vuuren, Johannes Hendrik DeLange 
and 'Die Skool op Wiele' class register were reborn as downloadable fonts.
