Pairing Program for Specialty Cheese Departments
The goal of this project was to increase overall sales in both the wine & specialty cheese departments at the store level. The proposal shows two different styles: rustic style and classic bistro. The project features store signage, cheese cards, pairing charts, and stickers that the store managers can affix to relevant product to call attention to pairing suggestions. These pairing suggestions are meant to encourage the consumer buying specialty cheese to add wine, beer, or accompaniments to their cart, and vice versa.
