Nestled on the northern shore of Hong Kong Island, the upcoming Dream Tower promises luxurious living in one of the city's most desirable locations.

The 3D renders for this project were thoughtfully crafted to present the tower's exclusive offerings - a full-floor residence with breathtaking views of Victoria Harbour, complete with finishes that seamlessly blend Japanese aesthetics with modern design.

To ensure the 3D renders accurately portray the location's atmosphere, a sunny overcast lighting scenario was used for all daylight renders. This lighting technique captures the subtle nuances of the surrounding environment, from the way the light reflects off the water to the gentle shading of the cityscape.

The formal living space is the central feature of this apartment. The first wideangle, 3 by 4 establishing shot was carefully chosen to convey the property's scale and layout, showcasing the floor-to-ceiling windows that offer uninterrupted views of the city skyline and Victoria Harbour.

The floating fireplace, featuring bookmatched Roma Blue Quartzite, is a true piece of art and serves as the pièce de résistance of the living space. The veins and color palette of the natural stone are complemented by a curated selection of natural materials, including oak, burnished brass, travertine, and leather.

A secondary two-point perspective render was created to showcase the furniture, materials, and textures in finer detail, highlighting their harmony with the surrounding environment.

Using a twilight shot, I captured a breathtaking and intimate perspective of the city views from within the residence, while also conveying the warm and inviting atmosphere created by the floating fireplace and the Henge lighting fixtures.

To fully immerse viewers in the opulent penthouse experience, I chose to create a dramatic and emotive night-time render that captures the comfort and ambiance of the living space.
