This project was devised to give the BJU Class of 2020 a physical item to receive during their rescheduled graduation ceremony which was unfortunately displaced due to COVID-19. The graduate's diplomas had been mailed out to them at the original graduation date and so this item provided a meaningful gift to be received during the ceremony itself.

This commemorative coin set served as a final charge to the graduates to continue to internalize the school's tag line of "Learn. Love. Lead." as they pursued their future endeavors.

Following the symbolic language of the school's crest (central shield) elements were chosen which collectively expanded on each of those concepts. For example, the concept of Love is expressed by 1: A Cross (Sacrifice) 2: A Heart (Compassion) 3: An Anchor (Steadfastness) and a Basin & Towel (Service)
