Racism PSA Campaign Posters
Brief:

Our final assignment for this class was to create a series of campaign posters for a group in conjunction with the AdCouncil.

Each poster must:

-be distinctly different, yet similar enough to show they are part of the campaign
-Include the AdCouncil Logo
-have a headline, tagline, and/or secondary headline, logo, and URL as part of a call to action

I was inspired by the AdCouncil Campaign "Love Has No Labels" and chose to design posters on the topic of Racism. The site for their campaign has a lot of good information.  I feel it's an area where there is still a lot of work to do.

Visual Research:
I found a lot of inspiration that helped guide my thought process on where I wanted my design to go.
Sketches and Digital Progress:
I initially considered a few different designs, but ultimately went with one specific direction so that I could focus on microaggression.
Final Designs:
After the feedback I received and refining the designs the following are the final designs for each of the posters.
I hoped to create a series of posters as beautiful as the people portrayed.  The words "said" would be in contrast to that beauty.  This wasn't an "easy" project to research and work on.  But I did so with the belief that we can be better.
