My philosophy when it comes to design is that sketching is the primary means of communicating your
ideas with others. A designer is only as good as their sketchbook.
My Self Promotion is an interactive sketchbook and program which encourages fellow creatives to take part in the sketching and sharing process. The book is comprised of many formal and abstract prompts for the reader to consider and sketch.
I took a few students from Edinboro University and had them take part in the Designer's Legion,

which is displayed in the book as well.
Regardless of whether or not you can sketch, the Designer's Legion allows for open communication among artists.
