以波動曲線脈動呈現臺東的環境與人文，似山、似海，體現南島國際美術獎藝術能量湧動的意象。創作的凝聚與淬鍊，以不同的角度詮釋南島語族人文與地方的關係。
The environment and humanities of Taitung are presented through fluctuating curves, which are similar to mountains and seas, to embody the image of surging artistic energy of the Austronesian International Arts Award. Through the cohesion and quenching of creation, the relationship between Austronesian humanities and the place is interpreted from different angles.
