Here is my award-winning architectural graduation project "Care'Act" which received "Equivalent Mention" at Archiprix Turkey 2022.
The topic of the jury was about care experiments of an architect on Kadikoy, Istanbul. "Care'Act" focuses on the production of food from cultivated algae for living and visiting people. It also offers a multiple life projection by connecting life spaces each other like housing, production and care. The main actors of the project are human, site and river (Kurbagalidere), and there is a circular care interaction among them. These factors come together to shape a dynamic and interactive living and productive spaces.
Also, all these narratives and possibilities are a manifestation of how a dynamic action such as production can work together with a static action such as housing.
