Commissioned to create written editorial content by DAMAN magazine, based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

 

This piece is actually a sample of the regular column I developed and contributed each issue for the publication over the course of more than a year.

 

The content for each issue was conceptualised and delivered by me, including introductory paragraphs and written content for creating a cohesive column. Recipes and images are exerpts from a cookbook, Sarong Inspirations, which I co-wrote and edited for the same client.
