This is a design for a fictional book, Dark Fantasy & Horror 2014. I started with making a 3D illustration using a toy, and giving it the appearance of horror, without using any gore. I then applied it to the poster and book cover. The typography is long and thin and reflects the string/spider web wrapped around the baby. I also put a large emphasis on the release date, because it is a main purpose of the advertisement poster.
