Given my existing passion for online gaming, and Starcraft 2 in particular, when i was asked to produce printed marketing materials for an existing product as part of my degree course I obviously found a way to bend the assignment around my own interest.
Starcraft 2 has a growing following in the UK and already is one of the largest online games in the US and Korea (in Korea SC2 is the fourth largest national sport behind baseball). Through my blog and Twitter accounts i got in touch with someone at eSports UK and asked them how i can lend a hand helping the community grow:

Designed to attract people who could already be considered gamers, but who do not know about the online potential of Starcraft, to compete in upcoming tournaments.
Below is the informational leaflet that eSports requested. As supposed to the poster which was aimed at gamers the leaflet was designed to attract and inform people who have no idea about the world of online gaming - hence the ambiguous front cover
