About the Book:
From 2012 James Stuart has written a monthly column in The Bangkok Post, entitled 'Living Brands'. This book is a compilation of those articles, which focus primarily on the hospitality industry, while also taking an occasionally bewildered glance at banking, airline and country brands. The aim of this book is to challenge and stimulate others to create distinct, authentic and sustainably outperforming service businesses.
