2022 Cigna Global Wellness Challenge

THE CHALLENGE Create an engaging campaign that makes 75,000 Cigna employees participate in the annual Global Wellness Challenge.

THE SOLUTION  Remind Cigna employees that the challenge is not a hardcore fitness challenge, but an overall wellness challenge and any form of self personal wellness activities count towards participation. The campaign slogan "FIND WHAT FUELS YOU" reinforces this on Va variety of touch points from kickoff video, campus signage, leader emails, desktop screensavers and participation badges encouraging employees to participate in the challenge.
