This is the part of my sub-project for the thesis : Mom, I Found The Moon.
When I started this project, there was simple questions which triggered me to do this. When we grow up, why we lose our own imagination and curiosity? Why do we stop paying attention to the little sound of our heart?
Because I remember the time when I was young, I was playing with sand and I was imagining the sand is rice, sand is fork and sand is dish something like that. I could imagine everything from it. However, at some point, I found that people stop calling sand as rice anymore when they grow up. They said sand is just sand. I am not saying it to deny the fact that sand is sand but I’d rather state that we just killed our own thing. Sometimes, we ignore it and think that it’s just trivial and people don’t care. However, what I believe is the most important thing in our life is our own thing even though when we grow up because I think this is not trivial but unique and I wish people protect it not just lose it as it can have huge influence on our life further depends on how we handle it.
Therefore, I worked on the project to represent this belief so basically, what I did on this project is I reconsidered an object through imagination and curiosity, to give it a voice.
