Realtor John Geher - Letter to Advertisers

The best way to sell a property? My competitors will tell you, hands down, it’s all about boosting exposure counts for your listing.

But I’m of a different opinion.

As the old chestnut goes, win the heart and the mind will follow suit. Emotion is what makes the advertising world go round. I firmly believe that this lack, above all else, is the glaring sore spot of real estate campaigns today.

We’ve caught them with their wheels spinning. Kicking up plenty of dust, but gaining no market traction with their creative. Oddly, even as clients pay big money, we’re seeing the same lacklustre packages, the same tired methods. Over and over the rough instead of the diamond we’ve come to love. Where’s your money? They couldn’t resist: it stays in realtor’s pockets.

That’s simply not the way I do things.

Realtors ought to spend more, not less. Put money where the heart is—that is to say, where people listen—their emotions. Time and time again, it’s what drives sales. That’s why I insist on full-fledged upscale promotion that stands out from other listings.

It’s time for a change. I don’t want clients getting short shrift when it comes to their realty investment. Call it integrity. Call it a dedication to pushing the limits of creative. Not to mention my veteran experience in the industry. I pamper, I handle, I fulfill. Truly.

Let’s be done with the dogmatic, passionless, and amateurish work of yore. Using current tools, networks, and market expertise, I work overtime for your listing to have vision. An exclusive platform that’s stylishly emotive. A space for desire to take hold. In other words, everything true advertising should be.

We see this everywhere else in advertising. In promo for luxury automobiles, new electronics, high-end fashion, fine scotches. So why not the same for real estate? To see what I mean, visit my website and watch samples of the sort of HD property video I envision for each of my listings.

Selling your house is no trifling matter. You can’t afford to chance diminishing returns on your biggest investment. Plus it can actually be fun, stirring, and you get the bragging rights. Call today and trust that your property is getting the proper “concierge” treatment. I spend the time and money and it shows.

Sincerely,
