Lets Play With Type #2: Made and Found Objects
The first type of book that comes to my mind is one that relates to water and travel. As an adventurous person, I have always loved being by the beach and the ocean, and I enjoy traveling. I wanted to choose a book that I am passionate about and that excites me to share with others about the greatness of nature.

There are always two types of people when it comes to traveling - those who visit more food places and those who love to partake in activities such as visiting historical places and hiking. However, I am both of those types of people. I love taking part in activities, and I have a big appetite when it comes to eating.

Then, I decided to use food to recreate my title. I used fish biscuits and oyster crackers to represent sea creatures, granola as sand, seaweed as kelp, and lastly, I could put my sand dollar collection to use. I found this gem on the sands at Half Moon Bay, and it is one of my prettiest collections

As I began the project, I found myself enjoying the process of recreating the titles. I also decided to use the "Charm" font because I love how some of the letters have cursive ends that remind me of the flow of the ocean.
