This project originated as a master's thesis. It is the author's interpretation of the world-famous board game 'Ticket to Ride'. My version is based on a map of my hometown - Lodz. Based on the stereotype of the city as a gray and boring place, I decided to use black and white packaging. However, the inside of the game is full of color and energy, which breaks the familiar patterns and reveals the true city vibes. The routes on the map are distinguished by the most recognizable places in Lodz. The card reverses contain drawings of the locations with captions. The game is designed to encourage people to get to know the city.
