I made more than four thousand pictures of the residents and the environment of the ‘’Rivierenwijk’’ district in Deventer (NL). These photos are the basis for the work that I made for the bicycle and the railway viaduct in the Rivierenwijk. In my work I combined drawings with photos and digital techniques. In the background of both works the water flows, a direct reference to the name ‘’Rivierenwijk’’ district. I tell in my work the story of the neighborhood, the people of all ages; taken from life. Both works have been produced in sublimated aluminum and finished with a scratch-resistant and color coating.
