        昆虫体内蛋白质含量丰富，氨基酸种类和含量比例符合联合国粮农组织提出的氨基酸模式，营养价值极高。大量的营养分析表明，食用昆虫含有丰富的人体必需的营养物质，蛋白质含量和组成优于猪肉、大豆以及风干牛肉，可与鱼粉相媲美。无论食用的虫态是卵、幼虫、蛹还是成虫，其蛋白质含量均十分丰富，粗蛋白含量一般占20%~66%。

The protein content in insect body is rich, and the amino acid type and content ratio conform to the amino acid model proposed by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, and the nutritional value is very high. A large number of nutritional analyses have shown that edible insects are rich in essential nutrients for human body, and their protein content and composition are superior to pork, soybean and air-dried beef, which can be compared with fish meal. The protein content of eggs, larvae, pupae or adults is very rich, and the crude protein content generally accounts for 20%-66%.

       但是，昆虫食品在推广方面面临的最大问题是人们的接受程度。据目前调查，国内对于昆虫美食有一定群众基础的省份大部分在东南省份。

        从民族角度来看，汉族人口对于昆虫的食品接受者占到62.8%，少数民族占到82.4%。

       仅仅是在接受方面这样的群众基础是远远不够的。因此，本设计项目从传播认知方向，通过信息化设计、IP设计、海报设计、概念菜品设计形成可落地的美食推广项目。用昆虫制成品做成接受度高且不至于改变外在形态来蒙蔽认知的新型菜品，最终达到推广可食用昆虫，扩大群众认知的目的。

Such a mass base in terms of acceptance alone is far from sufficient. Therefore, from the direction of communication and cognition, this design project forms a landing food promotion project through information design, IP design, poster design and concept dish design. Insect products are used to make new dishes with high acceptability and without changing the external form to blind the cognition, and finally achieve the purpose of promoting edible insects and expanding the public cognition.

昆虫是动物界中最大的类群，不仅种类繁多，繁殖迅速，而且数量巨大，几乎占了动物界的五分之四。

       为了让“昆虫不是虫”这个理念为人们所接受，我们用超轻黏土简单只制作了理想中的概念昆虫料理。
