The house is situated in the suburban region of Ernakulam city, with a luscious green atmosphere with very tropical climatic conditions away from the city's rash and pollution. The design comprises a sloping roof to withstand the extreme monsoons, louvers, and glass windows to enhance the visual tranquility and air circulation throughout the house.

Minimal choice of material and neutral finishes give the house a spacious feel and comfort. Dormer windows and sloppy rooms are being proposed to the design to create spatial and visual interest in the overall layout looking at the overall size of the house.

A statement window with a contrasting color is proposed at the entrance to intrigue the curiosity about the flow of the designs that come within.
