This is a craft documentation on the Jamdani weaving of Uppada, Andhra Pradesh. This is a Ministry of Textiles sponsored project where a group of 8 students visit the Uppada Jamdani cluster and journal every aspect of making the textile and further give inputs to the development of the craft. The document is developed in a form of a magazine, which we named "muggam" which means loom in Telugu. The main areas which we focused on are- Sericulture, raw materials, processing, weaving technique, problems faced by the weavers and SWOT analysis.
