Одноэтажный дом с антресолью-кабинетом расположен в Ростовской области. Дом для семьи из четырех человек и флигель объединены террасой, где в летнее время года семья может собираться для совместного отдыха. Крупное остекление в гостиной и высокий потолок в этой общей части дома создают особенно выразительное ощущение света и воздуха.

A one-story house with a mezzanine-office is located in the Rostov region. The house for a family of four and the outbuilding are connected by a terrace, where in the summer the family can gather for a joint holiday. Large glazing in the living room and a high ceiling in this common area of the house create a particularly expressive feeling of light and air.

В проектировании дома учитывалось, каким образом окна будут располагаться по сторонам света и к соседним участкам. Участок дома был угловым, что открывало больше возможностей для видовых точек из окон. 

In the design of the house, it was taken into account how the windows would be located on the cardinal points and to neighboring areas. The plot of the house was corner, which opened up more opportunities for viewing points from the windows.
