Project Description
1929 - 1942 is an editorial design piece that was created during my junior year from the School of Visual Arts (SVA), in Timothy Samara's Advanced Typography lecture. All the body text, and found photography are replicated from wikipedia, and other sources related to the subject matter. None of the body text and photography are my own material.
This project is a United States history book that covers the time periods during the Stock Market Crash, the Dust Bowl, the Great Depression, and up until the beginning of World War II. The making of this project involved two different limitations such as, every table of contents for every chapter opener must include a timeline, and there must be a grid system visible.
