Next to the drawing I am working on intently, there´s a sheet of paper on which I brush off excess ink randomly. In her story "Ich bin eine Geschichte" Sarah Riefer portrays five individuals struggling to fit in a postmodern society. Therefor my illustrations combine automatism and strict, controlled linework. Responding to coincidence is the concept of an experimental illustration series. (2019)
