3D printed part holes are filled to allow the silicon casting to be made so I will have a tool to make 8 more corner parts.

silicon is poured into the moulding

silicon is set over 24 hours and the 3D printed part is carefully removed leaving the perfect sized cavity in the block of silicon.

Fast cast polyurethane poured into the tool and left for 10 minutes while the thermo reaction happens setting the part solid.
