This was the first project I created with small seed beads after I learned the even and odd count peyote stitch techniques.  I used a pattern I found online and the beads are 11/0 which is very tiny.  Honestly, sewing by hand, the finished piece took many hours!  This taught me the benefit of using a loom work more quickly.  However, I still love the look and feel of hand woven peyote stitch.
