36 Days of Type 2023 - Geometric Alphabet

Esta es la propuesta gráfica desarrollada para el "36 days of type" del 2023.
El alfabeto está diseñado siguiendo un patrón común que es la geometría. A partir de figuras simples se fueron creando cada una de las letras en su versión mayúscula y para completar los 36 tipos se crearon también todos los números del alfabeto.
Para el acabado final se desarrolló un degradado que funcionara como relleno pero que ala vez dotara de cierto volumen a los caracteres. De esta forma conseguimos un efecto brillante, cromado e iridiscente que resulta retrofuturista.

This is the graphic proposal developed for the "36 days of type" of 2023.
The alphabet is designed following a common pattern which is geometry. From simple figures, each letter was created in its capital version and to complete the 36 types, all the numbers of the alphabet were also created.
For the final finish, a gradient was developed to work as a filler but at the same time to give some volume to the characters. In this way we achieved a shiny, chrome and iridescent effect that is retro-futuristic.

Aquí se puede observar el desarrollo vectorial de cada letra. De esta forma podemos ver mejor el esqueleto que conformará cada símbolo para así corregirlo antes de pasar a los efectos finales.

Here you can see the vectorial development of each letter. In this way we can better see the skeleton that will form each symbol in order to correct it before moving on to the final effects.
