Administer the website with updates and continuously develop of the website.
Position: Art Director, Graphic and Digital Designer
Process: In my broad role, I was given the opportunity to develop and work broadly with everything that I deemed necessary to strengthen the company on the market. Among other things, I improved their search optimization so that they ended up higher in search engineers for human resources related topics, I made the company more attractive for both customers and HR consultants, i.e., more people contacted us for collaborations and assignments, and I made their social media grow which meant more relevant followers and engagements.
To succeed with all this, I collaborated with specialists in search optimization and Google Ads, as well as a photographer who took pictures of our employees. I created content for social media platforms such as: LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google My Business e.g., wrote texts, designed, and adapt media to different formats, and created short videos. Produced templates, presentations, and helped the consultants with their reports, and other assets that they used for their customer. I developed a visual identity that works for both print and digital media, a brand book that includes iconography, typography, colors, target groups, and brand values and more. I also curated an image bank. I design market communications such as ads, banners, roll-ups, posters, postcards, product sheets, brochures, leaflets, event assets, and more. Last, but not least I created wireframes for the new website as well as designed the site (front end).
