Teia é um salão de beleza localizado em Porto Alegre, Brasil, com foco em corte, química, maquiagem e coloração pessoal. Mais do que um local de beleza, é um local de convívio e conexão: quem vai até a Teia, cria laços, forma amizades e se sente em casa. Lá também são comemorados eventos e aniversários como maneira de criar conexões cada vez mais especiais entre todos os envolvidos. O desafio, portanto, era criar uma identidade visual que conversasse com o espaço já existente: cheio de plantas, leveza, luz solar e bons momentos. Mais do que valorizar a beleza natural, a Teia valoriza a própria natureza e a naturalidade de um convívio leve e divertido para quem os visita.

Teia (Portuguese for web - as in a spiders web) is a beauty salon located in Porto Alegre, Brazil, focused on hair cuts, makeup and coloring. More than a place of beauty, it is a place of conviviality and friendship: those who go to Teia, create bonds and form friendships, becoming part of the web of the region. Events and birthdays are also celebrated there as a way to create ever more special connections between everyone involved.
The challenge was to create a visual identity that spoke to the existing space: full of plants, lightness, sunlight and good times. More than valuing natural beauty, Teia values nature itself and the naturalness of a soft and fun conviviality for those who visit.

O símbolo da Teia traz várias conotações. Ele não só mistura o "T" com uma palmeira, fazendo alusão a toda a natureza do espaço, mas também remete as patas de uma aranha: que vai, aos poucos tecendo sua teia para abarcar a todos no espaço.

The Web symbol carries several connotations. Not only does it mix the "T" with a palm tree, alluding to the whole nature of the space, but it also reminds us of the legs of a spider: which, little by little, weaves its web to embrace everyone in the place.

Como asset de identidade visual, os grafismos manuais foram pensados para remeter a tudo que a Teia representa: são, ao mesmo tempo, o traçado de uma teia de aranha, e os fios dos cabelos que serão manuseados e tratados pela equipe.

As a visual identity asset, the manual graphics were designed to refer to everything that Teia represents: they are, at the same time, the outline of a spider's web, and the strands of hair that will be handled and treated by the team.
