Architecture Illustrations 2022

I am very happy to share with you my work that I have done in 2022.

My illustrations are inspired by reality and are full of emotions, which I try to express in each picture. My goal is to create works that will bring a smile to people's faces and positive thoughts. My illustrations are made in various techniques, I often transfer my architectural photographs to digital techniques. With each work, I pay special attention to detail to achieve a natural, beautiful effect. In this case, I put a lot of grain and brightness of sorts. I hope you enjoy my work and that it evokes positive emotions in you. Thank you for viewing my illustrations!

Below you will see three illustrations I made at the end of 2022. This is a summary of my path and level so far. I am immensely proud of them, especially the level of composition and experimentation I have done. (Transformation of photography, moving away from detail, non-literality)
In the first illustration you can see a man falling, interestingly the building from which he falls, which next to him is the building of the polytechnic, the mathematics department. Today, AI stands at a high level, thus will soon take away the jobs of many people, in my opinion, society is not prepared to perform this transformation. Many of those who are just graduating or have started college will be confronted with how mathematics will be transformed. My profession will also be transformed, fortunately I know I will not end up like the man in the first illustration.

The second illustration has a title, I like fat. It doesn't have much meaning, except for the caption "FAT HACO." It is a factory of automatic lathe machines. I have good memories of it because I worked, lived and studied right next to it. I often walked around, waited at the bus stop, was angry, sad, happy, happy and in love, and this object looked at me, without telling me anything, just stood there, like many other buildings around. He mesmerized me, so I feasted on his inscription, and the now old disgusting windows.

The last, third illustration is a play with the rhythm of the lump that is the Silver Tower Center. I have photographs of this building but on an ordinary gray day. I decided to add some sparkle to this building. It's hard to get that kind of light in Poland during the winter, plus, the lump is illuminated as it will never be, because the light will never fall on it from this side. I for one, fell in love primarily with the solid and uniqueness, rhythm and tranquility of this building. It is unmistakable how photography taught me to look at buildings, then there was a short adventure in a branding studio working at the intersection of architecture, in order for me to eventually see more in architecture. It is a living urban fabric that needs to be cared for, appreciated and talked about.

I will soon release the next part of the 2022 collection.

Until the next time,
