🇬🇧 8th March 2020, I was on a train that brought me home, while from the web were  arriving news of a forthcoming closure of italian regions due to the global pandemic.
Few hours later came the official news  about a situation that Italy never dealt with: a total lockdown.
That 8th of March was the last time i saw my dearest ones, for months.
Just like me, or worse than me, many people dealt with this situation in complete loneliness.
This project is dedicated to every person that every morning woke up and tried to give a sense to the days of that awful time, but more importantly to the many who didn't have the strenght to face that crippling months.

 

🇮🇹 L’8 Marzo del 2020 mi trovavo su un treno che mi riportava a casa, dal web arrivavano notizie di un’imminente chiusura delle regioni a causa della pandemia globale. 

Poche ore dopo arrivò la notizia ufficiale che l’Italia intera avrebbe affrontato una situazione mai vissuta prima, un lockdown totale. 

Quell’8 Marzo per me è stata l’ultima volta che ho visto i miei affetti più cari per mesi. 

Come me, peggio di me, molte altre persone hanno dovuto affrontare questa situazione in completa solitudine.

Questo progetto è dedicato a tutti coloro che ogni mattina si alzavano e cercavano di dare un senso alle proprie giornate di quel periodo orribile, ma soprattutto è dedicato a tutti coloro che non hanno avuto la forza di affrontare quei mesi devastanti.
