So I came up with an airline (Rivers Airways), that is owned by a Nigerian state (Rivers State) which area of operation are both local and international, with effective functionality, first class hospitality, comfort and luxury on a budget. As it is known Rivers State has no airline of its own, so this new development will close that gap.
