During my two months interning with Enivrance in Sao Paulo I participated in the "Seleção Brasileira de Alimentos" (SBA) project. The SBA is a team of 13 world class food branded innovations coming from Brazil. Each brand expresses a bold vision to outperform world existing standards. Each innovation is at the edge of its product category and carries the ambition of signing new food pleasures and lifestyles dedicated to world consumers. Beyond innovation, this is a world communication event which clearly positions Brazil as a bold global food innovator and lifestyle provider. Every player, whether a leader or an emerging actor, shares the same ambition to portray Brazil as a new creative culture in food leadership.
 
The process was divided into the following steps
1) auditing the 13th company 
2) creating 10 innovative drivers for each company
3) creating 6 innovative food concepts per company
4) selection of the champion product 
5) creating awareness about the mission of SBA...
 
Main objectives of the project
• Create global value to outperform existing world standards.
• Conceptualize the Brazilian signature.
• Synergize communication and content.
• Deliver a true consumer experience around pleasure service and style.
• Demonstrate leadership among world food categories.
• Brand ‘‘value creation’’ with superior vision.
 
We worked with 13 brands and chefs, ready for World Consumer Innovation, speaking the same ‘‘pleasure” language. The Seleção is designed to spectacularly reveal Brazil as a new creative culture in food Leadership.
