Spotify Case Study

Introduction

You have observed that many people at Spotify are not great at running meetings. They seemingly know the theory that there should be an agenda, minutes, they should facilitate and so on, but very few people apply it.

Also, many people complain that some meetings are very boring, uninspiring and participants do not pay attention. Some also believe that they need to attend too many meetings.

You have been asked to do something about it.

You know that people do not want to spend the time on face to face trainings at the moment, they would like to have “quick fixes” that they can quickly study / try out and instantly apply. Most of them will not spend more than 10-15 minutes learning about the topic, but some of them might spend an hour educating themselves. As a lot of the people are on the go constantly, easy accessibility is also key.

1200 people at 25 offices are waiting impatiently so, how would you approach this situation?

Brief

Please prepare a description about your chosen approach explaining the rationale behind and a simple plan how would you implement it.

Please prepare and send us all the content that you would use in the situation. Any format is accepted

This is my concept.

Thank you
