Texas Letters

TEXAS LETTERS is an ongoing anthological work revolving around lives spent in solitary confinement in Texas. At the heart of this journey is the notion of the misuse of power: a gross violation of human rights that invariably leads to anxiety, panic, rage, paranoia, hallucinations, and, in some cases, suicide. A collective work that explores the loss of sanity, humanness, and oftentimes, hope through the personal writings of a diverse and growing ensemble of prisoners who have spent months, years, and sometimes decades within the bowels of these harsh and unrelenting conditions.
