Simplify Experience
This project was a part of strategic initiative set forth to understand employee experiences in order streamline the internal processes and improve internal client experience. Also to evolve the organizational design to better fit the business model.
My Role: Primary Qualitative Research:
• In-context research sessions with employees; included
- structured interviewing
- observation
- shadowing
• Remote (phone-based) interviews.
- Open-ended questions allowed the participant to drive the discussion.
• Face to face interviews with some respondents helped establish a better rapport, compare physical spaces and have them show examples.
• Probed for experiences, wishes, positives and deltas in all areas of the experience
• Data Analysis- Review, refine and analyze notes
• Final presentation describing the pain points backed with examples and evidence
