Short film Sieira
The last project of my MA was a short film of our own. My initial ideas were full of drama and deep reflection about human relationships. But by the end I was so burnt out and missed the sea so much that spent the whole 6 last months of the course animating a surf film which only real theme is how cool and freeing it is. Because I also needed time away from screens, I decided to colour the whole thing by hand. This is the result. The title is the name of my favourite beach back in my hometown,where I took the first surfing lessons.
