I was responsible for weekly A/B and reporting of findings on a 60k/week ad buy. Campaign management across my team improved KPIs including CTR from .16% to .59% in hybrid markets; 21% reduction of CPA while meeting volume goals; and landing page-to-applicant conversion was improved over 5% with strategic ad-serve and UX adjustments.
