Visitas Interativas DRCN
[PT] Património a Norte é um ciclo de programação promovido pela Direção Regional de Cultura do Norte, um organismo afeto ao Ministério da Cultura. A Design by OOF desenvolveu o projeto de comunicação deste programa de eventos – o projeto pode ser visto aqui – assim como seis visitas interativas a cada um dos espaços patrimoniais deste ciclo.
Para a criação de cada uma das visitas, fomos responsáveis pela definição do percurso, desenvolvimento dos conteúdos, design gráfico e produção do suporte interativo, num projeto chave na mão. As visitas interativas podem ser acedidas gratuitamente pelos visitantes através de qualquer smartphone com acesso à internet, em qualquer altura do ano, e estão disponíveis em português e em inglês.
A nossa abordagem foi ligeiramente diferente do projeto no qual já tínhamos participado em 2018, desenvolvido para grupos e orientados por um guia. Desta vez, a visita interativa pode ser realizada de forma autónoma por cada visitante, seguindo as orientações do guia virtual. Ao longo da visita são colocados vários desafios que instigam a uma leitura individual sobre o património artístico e imaterial e, no final, a aplicação gera uma surpresa personalizada para cada visitante.
[EN] Património a Norte is a programming cycle promoted by the Direção Regional de Cultura do Norte, an agency of the Ministry of Culture that manages the national monuments in northern Portugal. Design by OOF developed the communication project for this program of events – the project can be seen here – as well as six interactive visits to each of the patrimonial spaces of this cycle.
For the creation of each of the tours, we were responsible for defining the route, developing the contents, graphic design, and production of the interactive support. The interactive tours can be accessed for free by visitors using any smartphone with internet access at any time of the year and are available in Portuguese and English.
Our approach was slightly different from the project in which we had already participated in 2018, developed for groups and lead by a guide. At this time, the interactive visit can be made autonomously by each visitor, following the guidelines of the virtual guide. Throughout the visit, several challenges are posed that encourage an individual reading of the artistic and intangible heritage, and, in the end, the application generates a custom surprise for each visitor.
