Kids (Visualizer) by The Greeting Committee
In our animated music video for The Greeting Committee's cover of MGMT's "Kids," we explore the theme of childhood innocence and the loss of it. The video follows the time-lapsed growth of a child who is confined to his dining room, surrounded by playful and whimsical objects that symbolize his naivety. As the video progresses, the atmosphere becomes darker and more unsettling, representing the gradual loss of innocence as the child grows older.
The assets for the video were created using Posca markers and Sumi ink, and then composited together in Adobe After Effects.
