Windows 11X Concept: Settings App - Update Screen
Windows Metro or Microsoft Design Language was much ahead of its time. The Swiss typography inspired design was minimal as well expressive. The dynamic use of colors throughout the UI made the software felt more personal to the user.
Here's my take at the UI. Featuring a mix of Metro, Fluent, Acrylic and Mica elements.
The key elements still take up a accent color and the other elements are colored using various shades from the accent color. The material or surface used for apps is blurred and tinted with the accent color. This blur is dynamic and not static as Mica.
The UI looks more lively now. Also some elements from the Windows Phone UI.
