Stickers x Clipchamp & Microsoft
Clipchamp is an online video editor part of the Microsoft 365 suite of products where users can create and customize their own videos to share on social media. We collaborated to create a library of 17 assets that can be used to customize the videos. The assets are a collection of emoji like stickers that feature a bold color palette and bubbly letters perfect to create social media templates.
First we started designing the overall look of the stickers, using outline sketches without any color to define the style and shapes that we wanted to use for the set. Some were directly inspired by native social media buttons and emojis (Like, smiley face, hand pointing) but we also took inspiration from real price tags, onomatopoeia and offer stickers.
The color palette is inspired in bright digital colors, and it's designed to have a high contrast when used on top of video clips without the need of shadows or outlines. For the font, we choose one that would look similar and bubbly to match the sticker style.
