Tapri: The Chai bar is a local restaurant in Delhi that aims to combine urban and rural cultures and bring the authentic feel of the village to the city, creating an atmosphere where people feel more connected with each other while having a cup of tea.
However, it somehow missed the opportunity to connect with its potential audience and tell its story. The restaurant won't have any proper direction on how they attract its audience. They don't have a brand identity that makes them stand out in the market, build a unique position and attract potential customers.
