Here, I was asked to develop an orientation packet for new hires. For this design, I understood that it was important to follow the company's pre-existing color branding colors. I focused on keeping graphic elements minimal, in a way that would not override the viewer to retain attention to the content. It was imperative when writing the script that I include all helpful information for any new hire to be able to relay back to this packet, when perplexed. The packet includes hyperlinks to pages in the content section, and also a link page that includes all of the company training PowerPoints, etc. Before this book, the company had no employee instruction manual or training books similar to this one, so being the first of its kind at this young, up-and-coming company. 

It was a pleasure to develop something of this scale, and I am excited as to where this may lead my career. Big thanks to MH Outdoor Media for giving me this opportunity to show my skill.
