Stop Motion Project Background:
This project was for a Digital Photography class I took my Junior year at Grand Canyon University. I am still newer to photography, but this year I learned a lot of tools and styles of shooting. Stop motion is a series of photos where the subject moves slightly, those photos are then put on a loop to show the action of the subject.
Stop Motion:
For this project I decided to shoot the different parts of s'mores (chocolate, marshmallow, and graham crackers) on a wood board moving around forming different shapes. The hardest part of this project for me was shooting because I had to climb up on a ladder for each individual photo. I am proud of the final video as it was my first stop motion piece. If I ever end up shooting another one in the future I would work on keeping everything centered a little better.
